Phillies vs. Braves: The best player prop bets for Sept. 29
The Atlanta Braves (84-72) will host the Philadelphia Phillies (81-76) for game two of three tonight. The Braves are looking to land another knockout blow to the Phillies, who sit three and a half games back of the NL East division lead with only five games remaining.
It was a pitcher’s duel last night, with the Braves winning 2-1. Philadelphia still holds a slight 9-8 lead though in this season’s head-to-head. There’s not much separating these two clubs, and the Phils will be pulling out all the stops this evening as they need to win out their remaining games to keep their postseason hopes alive.
Max Fried (13-7, 3.12 ERA, 152 K) will be on the bump for the Braves, while the Phillies will counter with Aaron Nola (9-8, 4.64 ERA, 219 K). First pitch is scheduled for 7:20 p.m. ET, and we have the three best player prop bets below.

MAX FRIED: OVER/UNDER 5.5 STRIKEOUS
With his last two appearances being a complete game shutout against the San Diego Padres and a seven inning shutout gem against the San Francisco Giants, Max Fried has been in the zone. His strikeouts, however, haven’t been topping the charts as he only accumulated nine punch outs in those last 16 innings pitched, and is averaging just 5.6 strikeouts per start on the season.

Philadelphia is also a hard team to get out on strikes, as they’ve managed the sixth fewest strikeouts amongst NL clubs. We can expect Philly to continue their disciplined approach tonight with their season on the line.
PICK: UNDER 5.5 STRIKEOUTS (-132)
J.T. REALMUTO: OVER/UNDER 0.5 RBI
Typically batting in the cleanup spot, J.T. Realmuto should find himself in a few situations tonight to cash in runs in key situations. The three-time All-Star has tallied 72 RBIs this year to go along with a stellar .293 batting average with runners in scoring position.
His numbers against Fried are also the best amongst his Phillies teammates. Over 23 at-bats, Realmuto is batting .435 with three home runs and seven runs batted in.
PICK: OVER 0.5 RBI (+188)
AUSTIN RILEY: OVER/UNDER 0.5 RBI
On the Braves side, the best numbers against Aaron Nola belong to Austin Riley, who’s hammered Nola for three homers, four RBIs and a .375 BA in 24 at-bats.

The young third baseman has consistently put up impressive numbers in his first full season in the big leagues with 32 home runs and 100 RBIs, good for second best on the Braves. Also expected to hit in the cleanup spot tonight, Riley will be looking to continue his success against Nola and add to his career high numbers.
PICK: OVER 0.5 RBI (+128)
