Sean O’Malley to win in Round 1 (+250)

Sugar Sean is making his return to the octagon after a freak injury against Marlon Vera sidetracked his rapid climb up the ranks. Thomas Almeida is being set up here to take a loss, and O’Malley should make it clear rather early that he’s got his foe outgunned.

An early O’Malley blitz could force a first round stoppage, and that pick yields a bountiful +250 haul.

Tyron Woodley vs. Vicente Luque goes the distance (-148)

Woodley is on the decline, but he’s a live dog here. Luque has none of the major characteristics, making it likely that he’ll fight at the veteran’s pace. That being said, Woodley’s best chance to win is to hope he can smother Luque and stink him out. No matter what, a decision is the likely outcome here and a safe bet at -148.

Miranda Maverick by KO, TKO, or DQ (+450)

Though the odds suggest this will be a close fight, Gillian Robinson’s only chance to win is on the ground. Even so, Miranda Maverick will either bust her up trying to make that happen or maul her should the two hit the canvas.

Maverick is an emerging fighter to watch, and she’s a talented striker with a mean streak to boot. She’ll finish Robinson within the distance for a huge +450 haul.

Stipe Miocic decision (+400)

Expect a case of deja vu all over again as Stipe Miocic and Francis Ngannou clash again. In our preview for the main event, we surmised that Ngannou hasn’t evolved enough to deal with Miocic’s guile, which will result in another decision loss. At +400, this is practically a steal.
