The top two teams in the Eastern Conference will meet for the third time this season when the Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat clash this evening at FTX Arena.

The Heat have gotten the best of the Bulls in each of their previous two meetings, but that could change tonight. DeMar DeRozan is the hottest player in the NBA right now with 10 consecutive 30+ point games. Will he be able to avenge the previous two defeats with another monster outing?

Bulls vs. Heat is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET, and we have the three best player prop bets for you below.

DeMar DeRozan Over/Under 30.5 points

DeRozan is on an absolute tear and it's hard to bet against him continuing his success. He was inactive in the Dec. 11 game against the Heat, but he scored 28 points in the Nov. 27 matchup.

The Heat rank fifth in the NBA at 104.8 points allowed per game, but they have been susceptible to allowing players to go off for massive scoring nights. Just two games ago, RJ Barrett scored 46 points for the New York Knicks, despite his team only scoring 100 points overall.

With the hot streak that DeRozan is currently on, whether the team scores a lot or not, it seems like this is just a must bet on the Over. I like DeRozan to extend his scoring streak tonight with another 31+ point performance.

Pick: Over 30.5 points (-103)

Bam Adebayo Over/Under 9.5 rebounds

Adebayo is averaging 10.2 rebounds per game this season. However, he has quite a few games with high rebound numbers mixed with several games of low rebound numbers. It is all about choosing the right game to take the Over or Under.

Bam did not play in the Dec. 11 matchup with the Bulls, and had only seven rebounds in the Nov. 27 matchup. However, Adebayo has gone Over this number in 10 of the past 13 games. He had seven rebounds in the Heat’s last game against the San Antonio Spurs.

The Bulls only allow 43.5 rebounds per game, which is ninth best in the NBA. However, they have recently allowed one player to dominate the rebounding efforts in each game. Steven Adams had 21 rebounds last game for the Memphis Grizzlies and Clint Capela had 17 rebounds for the Atlanta Hawks in the previous game. With no Caleb Martin or Kyle Lowry tonight, the Heat will depend on Adebayo for rebounding.

Pick: Over 9.5 rebounds (-139)

Jimmy Butler Over/Under 7.5 assists

Butler is averaging 5.8 assists per game this season. In the previous two matchups with the Bulls, Butler missed the Dec. 11 game, but had five assists in the Nov. 27 contest.

The big factor here is the absence of Lowry. When Lowry is not playing, Butler averages 8.8 assists per game. Jimmy Buckets is going to need to be Jimmy Dimes in this game, and I love the Over here with Butler taking over the distributor role.

Pick: Over 7.5 assists (+105)
