Suns vs. Bucks: The best Chris Paul prop bets for Game 3

Phoenix Suns point guard Chris Paul is playing in his first NBA Finals at age 36, and so far he has risen to the occasion. Paul went for 32 points and nine assists in Game 1, and followed that up with 23 points and eight assists in Game 2, both Suns victories over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Chris Paul to record a double-double (Yes +121, No -155)

Reaching double figures in points should be no problem for Paul on Sunday night, but he might have some trouble in the assist department.

Paul has gone five straight games without reaching 10 assists, and has only done so four times in these playoffs. Three of those times resulted in double-double cashes, with two of those occurring at home.

The Bucks should play better defense at Fiserv Forum in what’s essentially a must-win NBA Finals game for them, reducing Paul’s chances at tallying dimes. Take the “No” side at fair odds here.

Paul has shown off his range over the Suns’ last three games, downing seven 3-pointers in a decisive Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals against the Los Angeles Clippers before knocking down seven of his first 12 long-range attempts in the NBA Finals.

Paul is being dangled at an appealing price to make at least three 3-pointers on Sunday. If Phoenix needs bailing out, don’t be surprised if Paul starts taking and making some shots from behind the arc.

Paul’s point total is a tough one to make a call on. It all depends on whether the Bucks try to shut him or Devin Booker down in Game 3.

Devin Booker and Chris Paul have combined to score 113 points through the first 2 games of the Finals.

But because bettors should be bearish on the Suns’ win prospects in Game 3 as four-point road underdogs, the No is an easy call to make here.
