The Los Angeles Clippers pulled off an improbable upset win on Monday evening in Phoenix to bring the Western Conference Finals series to 3-2 and force Game 6 back in Los Angeles. The Clippers are short favorites, and will once again rely on their perennial All-Star, Paul George, to carry the load if they are to continue the series and force Game 7.

George had 41 points and 13 rebounds in Game 5 and has logged the most minutes of any player this postseason. As we head into Game 6, here are the three best player props for L.A.'s top dog.
Over/Under 30.5 points
George has been given the green light to fire at will throughout the playoffs, and in the absence of any elite isolation scorers, the Clippers are going to lean heavily on him to create offense again tonight.
"PG13" is averaging 30.2 points per game in this series after adding 41 points in the Game 5 victory. He is also averaging 23 shots per game, which is an incredible number of scoring opportunities for a player who also lives at the line.
The Clippers are at their best when other players are facilitating the offense to create ball movement, but regardless of the direction they take, there is little doubt that George will be the main focus of their offensive game plan. Take the Over on George’s point total and count on him staying on pace with the number of shots he’s taken through the first five games of this series.
Pick: Over 30.5 points (-108)
Over/Under 2.5 3-Point field goals made
In a somewhat correlated play, I like George to hit at least three 3-pointers in Game 6. The seven-time All-Star has the size to shoot relatively uncontested threes, and has been just successful enough to keep firing away.
Through five games, George has made 15 threes on 49 attempts. At three made treys per game, the odds suggest we’ve got a great chance at hitting over 2.5, and as a career 38% shooter he has the pedigree to make even more. As long as he doesn’t have a terrible shooting night, George should be heavily favored to cash this Over.
Pick: Over 2.5 3-point field goals made (-177)
Over/Under 6.5 Assists
The Clippers' offense is most effective when Terance Mann, Reggie Jackson, and even Marcus Morris Sr. are forcing action. Mann and Jackson are especially good at getting into the teeth of the defense and then kicking out to George when they attract double coverage. When George starts the offense, on the other hand, he tends to over dribble and only pass when he has to reset, which has resulted in relatively low assist numbers given his total usage.
George is averaging just 5.2 assists per game in the series, and tallied just six in Game 5 despite having his most impactful game yet. I don’t expect the Clippers to change their offensive strategy with George, so take the Under on his assists total tonight as he continues to aggressively look for his own shot.
Pick: Under 6.5 assists (-134)
