Warriors vs. Mavericks: The best player prop bets for March 3
After a massive collapse on Sunday night, the Golden State Warriors will be looking for revenge as they travel to face the Dallas Mavericks for the second time in five days.
The Warriors have lost six of their last eight games and blew a 19-point lead with under 10 minutes remaining to these same Mavs just five days ago. Luka Doncic had a monster game with 34 points and 11 rebounds in that matchup. Will he be able to repeat that performance again tonight?
Warriors vs. Mavericks is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. ET, and we have the three best player prop bets for you below.

Luka Doncic to record a double-double
Doncic recorded a double-double in the matchup just five days ago. He has also recorded a double-double in 31 of his 47 games played this season. However, two of the 16 games where he failed to do so were against this Warriors team.
The Warriors are one of the best teams in the NBA at not allowing opposing rebounds. They rank fourth in the league at just 42.7 boards allowed per game. They also are excellent at not allowing many assists per game, checking in at third in that category (22.3). Based on these averages. Doncic would need either half of the Mavericks' assists or a quarter of the team’s rebounds to record a double-double.

In the three previous matchups this season, Doncic averaged 28.3 points, 4.3 assists, and 8.7 rebounds per game against the Warriors. While it may be a bit of a risk to go against this double-double machine, it makes sense to do so with the Warriors in town.
Pick: No double-double (+126)
Kevon Looney Over/Under 8.5 rebounds
With the absence of Draymond Green, Kevon Looney has stepped up in the rebounding department for the Warriors. Looney is averaging 7.6 rebounds per game on the season. However, in Green’s absence he is averaging 9.1 rebounds per game.
The Mavericks have struggled this season in preventing opponents from getting rebounds. They allow 34.7 defensive rebounds per game, which ranks 18th in the NBA. They have allowed a double-digit rebounder in six consecutive games, and Looney is the most likely candidate to be the one in this game.
HUGE rebound and put back for Kevon Looney! 💪🏽pic.twitter.com/iYoCjzwHJk

In his three previous matchups this season against the Mavericks, Looney averaged 8.3 rebounds per game. However, in this game he will need to be the man to step up and get double-digit rebounds for the Warriors to overcome the absence of Green. I love the Over here.
Pick: Over 8.5 rebounds (+121)
Stephen Curry Over/Under 3.5 3-pointers made
Obviously, Steph Curry is the greatest 3-point shooter of all-time. He also averages 4.6 3-point field goals made per game. However, the Mavericks are an excellent defensive team against the 3-point shot. They only allow 10.7 made 3-pointers per game, which is the best such mark in the NBA.
In the previous three matchups with Dallas, Curry had one, two, and three made 3-point field goals, respectively. Even though Steph is coming off a game in which he hit five treys, I like the Under here based on past history and Dallas' staunch perimeter defense.
Pick: Under 3.5 3-Pointers Made (-120)
