Tennessee Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill has dealt with numerous injuries to his arsenal of weapons this season. How will he fare on Thursday night against the San Francisco 49ers?

We've examined the matchup closely and have the three best player prop bets for Tannehill below.
Over/Under 215.5 Passing Yards
While this is a low number, Tannehill has struggled to put up big numbers this season with so many of Tennessee's skill players out of the lineup. He is only averaging 222.7 passing yards per game and has gone Under this number in eight of his 14 outings this year.
The 49ers have one of the better passing defenses in the league as they only allow 213.2 passing yards per game, which ranks seventh in the NFL. They have held five quarterbacks below 200 passing yards, and have only allowed three quarterbacks to surpass 250 passing yards.

Without A.J. Brown and with a much-less than 100% Julio Jones, I don't like Tannehill to try and throw the ball all over the field against a top passing defense. The Titans will go more run-heavy, leaving him with another modest stat line yet again.
Pick: Under 215.5 Passing Yards (-114)
Over/Under 29.5 Pass Attempts
Even though Tannehill’s yardage is down from last season, his pass attempts are not. He is averaging 32.3 pass attempts per game and has averaged 32 pass attempts per game in his two career matchups with San Francisco. He has been 50/50 this season on this total, as he has seven games with 30 or more pass attempts.
San Francisco has allowed the fourth fewest pass attempts this season at 32.2 pass attempts per game. However, that's more than the projected total for this TNF matchup, and right around Tannehill’s season average. It's worth noting that in games decided by a touchdown or less, the 49ers allow 33.9 pass attempts per game.

This game figures to be close with both teams fighting to secure a playoff spot. Even though I like the Under on yards and do believe the Titans will focus on establishing the run game, this number is just too low based on averages.
Pick: Over 29.5 Pass Attempts (-120)
Ryan Tannehill anytime touchdown scorer
Tannehill has been a rushing touchdown machine since moving to Tennessee in 2019. He has 18 rushing touchdowns in 40 career starts for the Titans, and he has seven in 14 starts this year. The 49ers defense, as good as it is, struggle to keep opposing teams out of the end zone on the ground.

San Francisco has allowed 16 rushing touchdowns this year, which ranks 27th in the NFL. The Niners have allowed five rushing touchdowns to quarterbacks this year. I expect this game to make number six for the 49ers defense and number eight for Tannehill.
Pick: Tannehill to score a touchdown (+410)
