Scott: Bills (-9.5) With Case Keenum likely to miss Week 9 with a concussion, the Redskins will turn to first round pick Dwayne Haskins. Haskins has not shown the ability to read defenses and quite frankly looks like a deer in headlights at this point. Look for Buffalo to get after him early and often in a get right spot for a team that was beaten handily by the Eagles on Sunday. Lay the points with confidence.
