The Jacksonville Jaguars are off to a surprising start this season. The franchise upset the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1, and then lost to the Tennessee Titans by a late field goal on Sunday.

This week, Gardner Minshew and the Jaguars are back in primetime to face the Miami Dolphins, who are still searching for their first win following losses to the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills.

Here are the three prop bets we like most for Dolphins vs. Jaguars on Thursday Night Football.

Gardner Minshew passing yards

Minshew became a rock star last year as a rookie quarterback for the Jaguars. It wasn’t just his hair or appearance, although that certainly helped. The Washington State product also possessed plenty of swagger and wasn't afraid of the spotlight, despite being a sixth-round pick.

In Week 2, Minshew threw for 339 yards against the Titans. He now faces a Dolphins defense that was shredded last week by Bills quarterback Josh Allen, who threw for 417 yards.

It’s unrealistic to expect Minshew to match what Allen did a few days ago. However, with total passing yards set at 263.5, there is a realistic chance that the Over hits, and with odds of -110 at BetAmerica, that's an intriguing option for bettors.

Keep an eye on the Jaguars injury reports. D.J. Chark has reportedly been dealing with a chest injury and has been limited in practice. If Chark gets the go-ahead to play, confidence in the Over on Minshew passing yards should increase.

Pick: Over 263.5 passing yards (-110)

Preston Williams receiving yards

This hasn’t been an ideal start to the season for Preston Williams, the second-year Miami Dolphins receiver who showed promising signs as a rookie.

Mentioned as a potential breakout star prior to the start of this season, Williams has made just three catches on 12 targets for 67 yards. A catch rate of 25% is highly inefficient after he was around 53% (32 catches on 60 targets) in eight games last year.

He was also averaging 53.5 yards receiving per game. The total for his receiving yards against the Jaguars on Thursday has been set at 44.5.

If Ryan Fitzpatrick continues to target Williams at a reasonable rate, one has to think those will turn into catches at some point. He’s averaged 14.1 yards per catch throughout his young career.

The evidence so far this season doesn’t exactly support taking the Over here. This matchup, however, is an opportunity for Williams to get his season on track if he’s able to turn these targets – he has a 15% target share – into catches. At 44.5 total yards, it’s not unreasonable to think he will surpass that Thursday against the Jaguars.

Pick: Over 44.5 receiving yards (-110)

Touchdown scorers

No Leonard Fournette, no problem for the Jaguars rushing game.

It’s been a remarkable journey for James Robinson, and that’s just over the last few weeks.

The Jaguars released former first-round pick Leonard Fournette prior to the start of the season. Ryquell Armstead was expected to take over as the starter, but he’s on the reserve/COVID-19 list and hasn’t played a snap this season. The Jaguars brought in Devonta Freeman for a workout, but the two sides opted not to sign a contract.

After all of that, Robinson, an undrafted rookie, has emerged as the starting running back in Jacksonville, and has been making the most of his opportunities so far. He posted his first career 100-yard game in Week 2, as well as his first touchdown, and is averaging 5.1 yards per carry.

Expect another productive outing from Robinson on Thursday. If the Jaguars get into the red zone, where Robinson has three carries for 25 yards and a touchdown through two games, he could see his share of opportunities to score a major.

Pick: James Robinson anytime touchdown (+100)
