The well-rested New Orleans Saints will head west to Seattle for a Monday Night Football game between two teams desperate for a win.

The Saints come into this one with 14 days of rest after having an early bye week. The Seahawks have lost four of their last five and are quickly falling out of contention in the NFC West.

Let's examine the three best player props to bet ahead of the Monday Night Football matchup between the Saints and Seahawks.

Jameis Winston Over/Under 203.5 passing yards

Jameis Winston did not start the season looking like his old self. He failed to surpass 150 passing yards in any of the first three games and averaged less than 6.5 yards per attempt. However, in the last two games, Winston has thrown for more than 225 passing yards in each, and has averaged over 9.5 yards per attempt.

The Seattle defense has struggled mightily this year against the pass. They are 28th in the league in pass defense, allowing 292.3 yards per game. Last week was their best performance against a quarterback, but they still allowed Ben Roethlisberger to throw for 229 yards.

In his two career games against the Seahawks, Winston has gone for 220 yards and 335 yards passing, respectively. I don't believe we will see a Tampa Bay-style Winston in this game, but these averages and recent history point to an easy Over here.

Pick: Over 203.5 passing yards (-113)

Alvin Kamara Over/Under 127.5 rushing & receiving yards

Outside of Week 2 against the Carolina Panthers, it has been a stellar season for Alvin Kamara. He is averaging 90.8 rushing yards per game in his other four games and has 15 catches for 113 yards. He has gone over 100 total yards in each of the past three games.

We talked about how bad the Seahawks' defense was against the pass, well it may be even worse against the run. They are ranked 30th in the league, allowing 140.8 rushing yards per game. They have also allowed a running back to go Over 40 yards receiving in all but one game this season.

Kamara has only faced the Seahawks once in his career, and he ran for 69 yards, but he also had 92 yards receiving. He will be the weapon of choice in this game for the Saints, and the Seahawks just don't have the pieces to stop him. This number may end up closer to 200 yards than 100 yards.

Pick: Over 127.5 rushing & receiving yards (-114)

Geno Smith Over/Under 205.5 passing yards

Geno Smith will get his second consecutive start for the injured Russell Wilson after serving as a backup quarterback for six years. He was impressive in the Thursday Night Football game against the Los Angeles Rams when he had to fill in halfway through the game, as well as in his start last week against the Pittsburgh Steelers, but he has yet to convert that play to a win.

The Saints have played good defense this year, but they are just mediocre against the pass. They allow 275 passing yards per game and only Aaron Rodgers failed to throw for more than 245 passing yards against this defense, and that was way back in Week 1.

Smith does have one career game against the Saints, but it was in 2013, when he completed eight passes and threw for 115 yards in a 26-20 win. The Seahawks will not want to play that style of game with their bad defense, so Geno will get the opportunities to hit this Over.

Pick: Over 205.5 passing yards (-114)
