5. Brady, Branch pick apart Eagles’ Pro Bowl secondary in Super Bowl XXXIX

The 2004 Philadelphia Eagles boasted three Pro Bowlers in their secondary – Brian Dawkins, Lito Sheppard and Michael Lewis – but Brady wasn’t bothered.

He found wide-out Deion Branch 11 times for 133 yards in Super Bowl XXXIX, leading to MVP honors for the Louisville product. The victory cemented the Patriots’ dynasty, as the team won three Super Bowls in a four-year span.

4. Brady’s game-winning drive against the Panthers in Super Bowl XXXVIII

With the score tied at 29 with 1:08 left in Super Bowl XXXVIII, Brady completed four of five passes to set up a game-winning 41-yard field goal, which Adam Vinatieri nailed to break the hearts of Carolina Panthers fans everywhere.

It was Brady’s second Super Bowl victory, and second straight MVP Award win. He went 32-for-48 with 354 yards and three touchdowns in the big game.

3. Brady finds Gronkowski for big gain in Super Bowl LIII

Super Bowl LIII, which the Patriots won 13-3 over the Los Angeles Rams, was a defensive struggle for most of the way.

One of the few highlights from the game was Brady’s picture-perfect pass to tight end Rob Gronkowski, a valuable cog in the New England machine for several seasons. He’s getting another bite at the apple in Super Bowl LV.

2. Brady’s game-winning drive against the Rams in Super Bowl XXXVI

Super Bowl XXXVI was the one that started it all for Brady and Bill Belichick.

The Patriots built a 17-3 lead at the half, but the “Greatest Show on Turf” Rams battled back to tie the score with 1:30 to play. Brady completed five of his first seven passes on the game’s final drive, leaving things to Vinatieri. He booted the game-winning 48-yard field goal as time expired.

Brady pulled off a massive 14-point upset, and earned MVP honors in the process.

1. Brady engineers 28-3 comeback against the Falcons in Super Bowl LI

This one isn’t a “moment,” per se, but a run of sustained brilliance by one of football’s all-time brightest stars.

Brady completed 26 of his final 34 throws in Super Bowl LI to turn a 28-3 deficit with 8:31 to go in the third quarter into a 34-28 overtime victory over the Atlanta Falcons. There was no doubt who the MVP in this game was, as Brady added a fourth such trophy to his mantle following this triumph.
