Travis Konecny Over/Under 2.5 shots
Flyers forward Travis Konecny is not one to shy away from firing pucks at the net. He looks like a good bet to clear 2.5 shots on Wednesday night.

Konecny – who is tied for the club lead in shots with Claude Giroux at 61 – has recorded three or more shots on goal in eight of his last 10 games. He’ll take on a forgiving Rangers defense that allows 32.3 shots per game, 21st in the NHL.
The Over is currently available at a decent price, so jump on it right away.
NHL pick: Over (-139)
Ryan Strome to score at least one point
Rangers center Ryan Strome is in the midst of an eight-game point-scoring streak. Bettors should anticipate that the streak will continue against the Flyers.

Strome is much more likely to pass the puck than shoot it, but he may find some more available shooting lanes against Philadelphia, who allow the most shots on goal per game in the league (34.9). But if he sticks to his strengths, he may find some open teammates against the Flyers’ shoddy blueliners.
Strome has linked up with five different Rangers skaters for assists during his eight-game point streak, including Artemi Panarin on three occasions.
NHL pick: Yes (-167)
Julien Gauthier goal scorer
As mentioned above, the Flyers surrender more than their fair share of shots. Julien Gauthier is a Rangers forward who’s been playing with tremendous confidence of late, and he should take advantage of this favorable game situation on Wednesday night.

Gauthier has peppered opposing netminders with 16 shots over his last five games, with one of them finding the twine after a brilliant takeaway in the offensive end against the Montreal Canadiens on Nov. 16. He also gave Philadelphia something to chew on after two heads-up assists in his most recent effort against the Boston Bruins.
Gauthier typically only gets a third-liner’s ice time, but is a live longshot to score a goal in this one nonetheless.
NHL pick: Gauthier anytime goal (+350)
