Jeff Carter goal scorer
Jeff Carter notched two goals in a 4-1 victory over the Anaheim Ducks when last seen on Tuesday night, and prop bettors should be unafraid to go right back to the well.

Carter has averaged a goal in every other game over his last eight contests, and is generating over three shots on goal per game in that span. The former Kings forward has seen increased time on the ice lately, and he’s been used on the power play too.
With L.A. having struggled on the penalty kill all year (26th in the NHL at 79.2%), don’t be shocked if Carter tallies a goal on the man advantage.
NHL pick: Carter anytime goal (+255)
Trevor Moore goal scorer
These odds on Trevor Moore to score a goal might have been fair a month ago, but they look like a bargain based on how he’s played lately.

Moore is averaging over three additional minutes of ice time from December to January, and he’s been making the most of his extra opportunities. After recording only three goals and four assists through his first 32 games of the year, Moore has rattled off two goals and five assists in his first four games of the month.
Furthermore, he’s taken 15 shots in January, compared to only 17 for the entire month of December (11 games).
NHL pick: Moore anytime goal (+575)
Drew Doughty to score a point
Kings defenseman Drew Doughty has been a good bet in this market of late, and bettors should ride the wave.
Doughty has scored at least one point in five of his last seven overall, registering two goals on 21 shots in that span.
He may not be a double-digit goal-scorer anymore, but he’s still got the vision to set up tallies for his teammates. Doughty gets plenty of ice time in which to do so, as he leads his team at 25:13.
NHL pick: Yes (-134)
