Perhaps that is why Chris Kreider is listed as such low odds (+100) to score a goal in this one, as 22 of his 45 tallies for the season have come on the man advantage, including one on Tuesday night.

But Mika Zibanejad – Kreider’s partner in crime on the power play – should not be overlooked in the goal-scoring department. The Rangers’ star center has scored 13 of his 26 goals this year on the man advantage. He’s also scored 16 goals over 36 games on the road, compared to 10 goals in 31 tilts at Madison Square Garden.

Frank Vatrano to score at least one point

Bringing in Frank Vatrano was one of many savvy, cost-effective moves Rangers GM Chris Drury made before the trade deadline. But not even Drury could have imagined that Vatrano would score five goals in his first seven games with New York.

Oddsmakers have quickly caught on to Vatrano, listing him at +210 to score a goal in this one, the fourth-lowest odds among Blueshirts skaters. He’s available at only -136 to register a point in any fashion, but bettors should side against him.

Vatrano has only five goals and one assist through 25 road games this season, and has averaged less than a point for every other game regardless of venue.

Jakub Vrana to score at least one point

The Red Wings have been ice-cold of late, but Jakub Vrana is hardly to blame.

Since making his season debut 10 games ago, Vrana has six goals and a pair of assists. He’s amassed five points in his last four games alone.

The odds are quite fair on Vrana to gather a point in any way, shape, or form against Rangers backup goaltender Alexandar Georgiev, who is expected to start the tail-end of a back-to-back.
