Premier League Gameweek 12: The best player prop bets for Rashford, Jota, and Jesus
Hot off the back of a thrilling international break where we saw Portugal and Italy fall into the trap of a World Cup playoff, the Premier League has a full slate of intriguing games.
We are now into a serious run of nine gameweeks before the turn of the year, and this is where champions can turn up the heat.

As we get ready for another belting slate of action, here are the best three player props of the weekend.
Watford vs. Manchester United: Marcus Rashford to score a goal (+195)

Watford are just one of two sides in the Premier League who have yet to keep a clean sheet in the opening 11 games this season, so it makes sense to look towards a Manchester United player here as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer attempts to relieve the pressure on his job.
Watford concede 15 shots a game, while Manchester United average 15 shots a game, so that should lead to plenty of chances for the Red Devils, and hopefully Marcus Rashford, in particular.

Rashford returned from shoulder surgery last month but has still yet to play a full 90 minutes for Manchester United, as he attempts to regain full fitness. He stayed in Manchester, rather than going away with England on international duty, so hopefully he should be fit and firing on Saturday.
Manchester United conversion rate 2021-22 season
Player | Goals (All Comps) | Conversion Rate |
---|
Marcus Rashford | 3 | 23.1% |
Cristiano Ronaldo | 9 | 20.5% |
Mason Greenwood | 4 | 11.8% |
Bruno Fernandes | 4 | 10.5% |
Rashford has three goals in the last four games he has started against Watford and can continue that run here. He’s scored three goals in six games since his return, but more crucially, he is the deadliest of United’s attacking players, finding the net with 23% of his efforts this season.
Back him to do the business once again as United get back to winning ways.
Liverpool vs. Arsenal: Diogo Jota to score a goal (+135)

Liverpool and Arsenal traditionally play out some barnstorming thrillers, and we have everything crossed that this won’t be any different. There have been 43 goals in the last 10 league games between these two sides, an incredible average of 4.3 goals per game.
No team in the league has had more shots per game than Liverpool this season (19.5), while on the road, only Burnley and Norwich have conceded more shots per game than Arsenal (17.6). That’s a worrying sign for the Gunners as they travel to Anfield to face the one team that has scored in every single one of the Premier League games this season.
Diogo Jota will be keen to make his mark again, having scored four times in his six league appearances versus Arsenal. Jota scored twice after coming off the bench in the game at the Emirates last year, and in this fixture at Anfield last season, he came off the bench on 80 minutes and found the net eight minutes later.

In his Premier League career, he has averaged a goal against Arsenal every 42 minutes.
A more regular starter for Jurgen Klopp now, Jota has a great chance to add to his four league goals already this season in the biggest game of the weekend.
Manchester City vs. Everton: Gabriel Jesus to score a goal (+123)

Gabriel Jesus simply loves playing against Everton. In nine games against them, he has found the net eight times, and he’s found the onion bag in six of the last seven Manchester City vs. Everton games. Whatever it is about playing the Toffees, Jesus simply loves it.
Everton won three and drew one in their first four matches this season, but it has all gone a bit wrong since then. Rafa Benitez’s side have picked up just two points in the last five games and have kept just one clean sheet in the Premier League since September 26.

Things don’t get any easier for Everton, as Manchester City average 18.2 shots per game this season (second highest in the league) and have scored 28 goals in eight games in all competitions at the Etihad Stadium this year.
Jesus has scored three times in the six games he has featured in at the Etihad this year and should enjoy some more home comforts against a woefully out-of-form Everton.
