All Pain, Little Kane
Three games into the season, Tottenham were top of the league and everything was rosy. Two months later and after losing four of the last six league games, coach Nuno Espirito Santo has a mini crisis on his hands.
Spurs may be sixth, but there are only four teams who have scored fewer goals than them, and this is where their key problem lies. Last season they averaged 1.79 goals a game, a figure that has dropped to just 1.00 goals a game this year. They failed to find the net in just 16% of games last year – a figure that has jumped to 33% so far this season.

After all the preseason transfer talk, Harry Kane has delivered just one goal this year and looks like a shadow of the striker he once was. Tottenham are averaging just 10.4 shots per game this season – ranking 19th in the league – and look extremely lightweight up front.
Solskjaer’s Last Stand?
The pressure continues to mount on Ole Gunnar Solskjaer with rumors in the press that Antonio Conte is being lined up to replace him at Old Trafford. Manchester United have now picked up just one point from their last four league games and are fresh off the back of being beaten 5-0 by fierce rivals Liverpool in front of their home fans.

Life is not rosy at United, and even the shine of the Cristiano Ronaldo signing is starting to wear off. The Red Devils have now kept just one clean sheet in 13 games in all competitions this season and Watford, Newcastle, and Norwich are the only teams in the top flight who have conceded more goals than them this season.
Despite boasting an attacking line-up that could include Ronaldo, Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood, Bruno Fernandes, or Edinson Cavani in its ranks, United’s inability to keep the opposition out continues to plague them.

Neither Team Can Afford to Lose
Two teams facing huge pressure going head-to-head in a primetime Saturday slot – neither coach can afford to lose and that might just result in neither winning.
Tottenham are struggling offensively, but if their attacking talent ever needed a get-right game this is it. Man United have been hopeless at the back, conceding sloppy goals, making basic errors, and handing gift-wrapped opportunities to the opposition. Even in his current form, Harry Kane will gobble up those chances but keep your eyes on Heung-min Son, who has three goals in his last two games against United, and two in his last four league games this season for Spurs.

Solskjaer’s men have enough top options going forward that it is hard to see them not scoring as well. This is a game which traditionally features goals, and that trend should continue, with Man United averaging the third highest shots per game tally in the league.
Both teams to find the net and Over 2.5 goals look solid plays and backing a draw with goals at +335 makes the most appeal.
Score prediction: Tottenham 2-2 Manchester United (+1100)
Tottenham Hotspur vs. Manchester United pick: Draw with goals (+335)
Same Game Combo: Both teams to score, match to end in a tie, Heung-min Son to score (+950)
